smlm, exam l0ng case..peksa nih kena interview patient..alhamdulillah,aku dpt patient yg c0operative and the examiner..err err.. alhamdulillah..sumenya dh selesai..mcm kne tembak dgn peluru kalis api..*ada ke? ape tah aku ngarut...smpai xsempat nk b'pikir k0t..ahaha..
Case - patient present with fever on n off since July and productive cough
Examiner : what kind of lab investigation would u like to do to this pt.?
Me : Full blood count to see his white cell count that might be increase due to infection..
Examiner : ok.. sum more?
Me : Sputum culture.. Examiner : ok. next?
Me : Mantoux test..since the patient is suspect with tuberculosis infection..n they will cause induration of erythema.if it's more than 10mm, it indicate positive result..
Examiner : How much is that? *she doesn't hear my answer just now
Me : 10mm
